We always aim to deliver your jewelry as quickly and safely as possible:

• Ready to Ship pieces dispatch within 1–2 business days.

• Made-to-order pieces take around 4–5 weeks for production before shipping.

We ship worldwide using DHL, DPD, FedEx, or priority tracked local post, depending on what works best for your location. Every shipment includes tracking and requires a signature on delivery to keep your jewelry secure.

Outside the EU:

Customers in non-EU countries may be subject to import duties or taxes set by their local government. These fees are not included in our prices, and Wolfstone is not responsible for customs charges. Please check your country’s regulations before ordering.

Returns:

Because each custom piece is made specially for you, all custom orders are final sale.

In-stock items ordered through our website can be returned, as long as they are new, unworn, and in original packaging. To request a return, please email info@wolfstone.lt within 3 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to decline returns if items show signs of wear or intentional damage.
